Facilitating Career Development (FCD) Training is an internationally recognized, competency-based program designed to prepare individuals to work as career development professionals. Developed by the National Career Development Association (NCDA), this training standardizes the knowledge and skills needed to effectively guide diverse clients through career planning and job searching.
